Telemarketing and Telesales

Telemarketing and telesales are often referred to as "cold calling" which is notorius for interrupting people in the privacy of their own homes. Many poeple feel that cold calling can be intrusive and agressive so it's diffcult to understand why some companies continue to use this method of doing business. The reality is that telemarketing is normally conducted from business to business and doesn't involve direct selling to potential customers.
